June 11, 2023 - Some seepage above the cork, but the wine is fine. Improved immensely with air. Mature nose of smokey lime and kiwi, tilled earth. The palate is all savory, plenty of extract still but it’s all earthy flavors with fruit. Luckily for me, I like that. Mature but not drying out, length is good. Really nice if you’re into this sort of thing.

October 9, 2021 - Botrytis, exotic tropical notes and white nectarine. Fresh but also a little candied ginger and white flowers. At the peak of poise, more age and gives more honey but here the perfect balance of youth and maturity, you can see both sides of you have the experience to recognize it. Acid it taught, alcohol is in check, such a surprise at 13%, would have guessed 12.5%
