    January 17, 2015 - WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Pale lemon colour.
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Developing, showing Medium intensity primary aromas of lemon, peach, red apple and tertiary aromas of almond, marzipan, wax.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium level of acidity. It has a Medium(+) Level of alcohol (13.50%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of lemon, peach, red apple and tertiary flavours of almond, marzipan, wax. The finish is Medium(+).
    Overall: Good complexity, intensity and length. Good balance between acidity, alcohol and fruit. Acidity and alcohol well integrated.
    Conclusion: It is a Very Good quality wine. Can Drink Now but has Potential for Ageing; High priced (£17.99)
