  July 25, 2022 - This was very nice. Toast on the nose, backed up by minerals and green apple. Dry but not austere. Very elegant Blanc de Blancs

  July 11, 2019 - Even though it is 2011 base with reserves, it is showing lovely Cramant cream and toffee development, and lovely drnking, and still has a medium term future. By comparison with the 2009 le Fond de Bateau, which is typically Chouilly soft fruit character, it stood up very well with lovely gentle richness and Cramant doughy character.

  July 9, 2019 - (Disgorged in April 2018, base year 2012, 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, dosage 2 gr/l)
  Light yellow colour with a greenish hue and youthful on the nose showing chalk, minerals and with tarragon and lemon notes in a very pleasant way. Crispy minerals acidity on the palate showing raspberries and a lovely smooth and creamy mid before the nice and very intense lemon acidic finish that lasts forever. This was a very nice and fresh showing cuvée and very accessible from the start, but should reward further cellaring very well.
  (Probably best with 2-8 years of extra cellaring)
