Community Tasting Notes 2

March 22, 2015 - BBQ lunch at Daves (Banksia, Sydney): On the nose butter, herbs (touches of lemon thyme), slight citrus of predominantly lemon, spicy notes as well as a certain chalky minerality. In the mouth the wine has citrus over herbs, butter and spice and is quite broad on the palate. It's refreshing and, though only medium length, very pleasant.

January 30, 2015 - Nice expressive nose with loads of citrus and minerality. Topped up (ouille) but with those typical Jura charachteristics that reminds one of oxidative wines. Really nice! A great companion to beef brisket and creamed potatoes with mustard and horse raddish.
