May 30, 2020 - Good fruit taste upfront but not much after that. Fairly average mid pallate and finish. Lots better Zins from Alexander Valley out there

September 4, 2015 - This is one special Zin. Decanted for an hour and a half. Prune and currant and a little hot on the nose as it blows off the 15.2% alcohol. On the initial palate, dark fruit and smoke emerge. The wine has a lush dry mouthfeel and a lasting finish of spice and cedar.
