Community Tasting Notes 11

August 21, 2009 - Bottle lost at back of fridge - way past its prime. Some nice apple, grapefruit, lemon on the nose - but mostly faded and overtaken by the oak. Taste was same fruit flavors, but weak.

January 19, 2008 - Nose of vanilla, honey, and oak. Rich flavors of roast pear and apple with toasted oak. Very luscious, long finish. Great!

November 6, 2007 - Wow- really liked this one. Citrus, vergetal, sugary peach on the nose, some wood, grapefruit, med bodied, nice sour finish.
