December 31, 2023 - From magnum. Still a bit tannic. Showed best after 2 hours. Drink 2028 to 2041 for magnum.

December 27, 2023 - Christmas Eve. Drinking wonderfully right now. Pronounced black fruit aromas with subtle earth notes. Mellow tannins that melt in your mouth allowing the long finish to linger.

July 29, 2023 - Deep Red-violet color. Milk chocolate, black pepper, and blackberries. Strong alcohol, almost to the point of distraction. Notes of meat juices, blackberries, and plums .

June 29, 2023 - Not decanted, though a short one for sediment would be helpful. Beautiful red to black berry fruit with licorice hints. Seamlessly integrated yet plenty young.

March 27, 2023 - Extremely fruit forward with compote, almost sweet, dark fruit flavors. Very little tannin. I doubt it will be better with any more aging.
