April 2, 2015 - Round, oaky. Not bad for the price, I guess.

September 3, 2014 - Shows some toasty oak on first opening. Slow ox'd an hour or so . 44% Cab Franc, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot. The franc really jumps out quickly with a mix of blue & red fruit underpinned by the structure & brooding character of the CS. This is an extremely balanced wine. Plenty of up front fruit, but enough backbone to keep it very interesting. Lingering, delicious finish.

    Unreal qpr here at $15.
