September 25, 2014 - Deep dark purple not surprising to this varietal very smooth and straight out of the bottle notes of goodness. The nose has a slight fall squash and citrus aroma. The mouth is not as fruit forward as most California petit serac is a much more refined European flavor and dryness if that's possible
