December 10, 2019 - An absolute knock-out Ravenau. On the nose, tremendous array of aromatics … lemon oil,white flowers,honey and lots of sweet saline flavors,with the usual wisps of sea breeze.On the palate, the wine has put on weight and has gained more complexity.Everything is in balance.Absolutely textbook Chablis of the highest class.
