  April 16, 2023 - La robe fait très jeune avec des reflets verts. Le nez est complexe et exhale tout le caractère et la classe de Chablis avec une note de champignon, pointe végétale noble, floral, note minérale. Bouche ample, du volume mais aussi beaucoup d'allonge, avec une texture précise, grande longueur et finale savoureuse. A l'aveugle on part sur un grand cru. Excellent

  September 19, 2022 - Light gold. In a super place. Fully mature. Honeyed, buttery, but also still a good acidic backbone. Perfect balance for me.

  November 19, 2020 - 13% alcohol. Diam10 closure, very long (5.5cm). The colour is pale gold and youthful with the remnant of a greenish tinge. The nose is both elegant and full, with citrus fruit and a hint of confectionery. The mouth has yellow fruit and a great mouthfeel; excellent balance and superb acidity in the finish. Nothing austere here, and even a remotely sweetish suggestion that I could do without (but then would the wine be quite so full?).
  On balance, this is a very good wine. In great condition and showing no sign of decline.
  However, I see that my supplier is charging 38€ for the 2018, and at that price it is an easy pass.

  August 15, 2019 - 13% alcohol. Diam 10 closure, as long a cork as I have ever seen. The colour is light, with a suggestion of the remnant of a green tinge.
  Very aromatic nose of yellow flowers and some honey, but not in a sweet way.
  The mouth is equally fulfilling, giving an impression of completeness throughout the palate, with finely judged acidity. No oak at any stage.
  A magnificent Chablis, one of the best that I ever had, and a really noble rendition of Chardonnay. In excellent condition too, but fully mature I think.
  A repeat purchase.

  June 12, 2019 - Mine. Great nose: spearmint, cardamom and chamomile. On the palate kiwi fruit, macintosh apple, cinnamon. Magical complexity but not heavy. Pretty much everyone's WOTN.
