January 1, 2023 - Very nice chablis. Fresh and clean but also with some body. Drink now-5yrs

August 22, 2022 - I am a bit of a scratched record in lauding the virtues and relative affordability of Wiliam Fèvre in a highly priced white Burgundy market, but once again this is a winner. It still has a high level of acidity and is going to improve, but with a couple hours of aeration it is already singing. Citrus and stoney notes are prominent with a razar sharp palate and a spectacular finish.

February 1, 2022 - First night it was super reductive and needed over 30 minutes to blow off. From there in great balance. Didn’t drink any the 2nd night. 3rd night it’s still singing, with a wonderful arrangement of minerality and citrus confining in a lingering finish.

August 3, 2021 - Tasting pretty delightful. Awesome scents of rocks and limes and a texture that I’d say is still developing. Lots of salty, refreshing green-ish notes like lemongrass, green apple and honeydew melon. The acid is still kicking so I think this has some more years to go.
