March 13, 2017 - (random mid-week) clear rich ruby in glass, with initially quiet nose of roses and red cherries, blooms with currants and bright berries, white pepper and spice. Silky soft, with bright acidity and elegant savoury-ness. Silky texture, almost sinuous with confected and exotic spices. Grows sweeter with an over-fermented soft Vermont (summer snow - Camembert sheep raw sheep), revealing a spicyness in the cheese. Ashy bitter finish, but still clean and umami with hints citrus bitters.

January 21, 2017 - Medium, ruby appearance. Medium nose of candied dark cherry, clove, bramble jelly, chocolate raspberry. Youthful. Medium body, medium acid, medium - tannin. Slightly creamy, rich mouthfeel and medium finish. This is good and much, much better than their messy chardonnay I had recently.

July 23, 2016 - Consistent with the notes of others, the fruit is good and texture is silky but lacking the complexity and texture I expect at this price.
