May 1, 2024 - Rich and intense. Dark color. Black cherry, dark fruits with juniper and cedar on the finish. Still drinking with some youth. Can continue to hold or drink now.

September 28, 2023 - W a filet from DiCiccio’s (great steak). Very good bottle with some life left. Upon pouring I was sceptical as the color was very bricky and first nose vinegary. But within 10 minutes this opened up and was very elegant mid weight. Good nose, dark color, good fruit and finish. It worked!

December 30, 2021 - really enjoyed this cab. tons of blue fruit with the acidity and back end tannin to carry the flavor profile. long finish. excellent wine

February 22, 2021 - Short decant. Notes of graphite on the nose, blue to dark fruit, with a scent of menthol. There’s a rustic quality to the nose, I don’t want to say woodsy because it connotes oak, but it smells warm and inviting. Similar fruit profile on the palate - boysenberry, blueberry - darker but not heavy with notes of coffee and ash too. Subtle. Medium acidity, dry, and still slightly tannic which makes me think it’s got another year or two in the tank.
