February 11, 2018 - Acidity has softened and the wine is a lot more balanced than prior bottles. There is a dry tutti fruiti / juicy fruit thing to it in the background. Different and easy to drink.

August 25, 2016 - Robe jaune clair avec des reflets grisâtres. Nez très frais sur des notes citronnées, miellées et anisées. En bouche, le vin est marqué par une acidité très vive, je tente de l'assagir en le passant en carafe. Après une heure, l'acidité est beaucoup moins vive, mais ce vin se révèle davantage à table.
Les arômes citronnés et herbacés de ce romorantin ont très bien mis en valeur notre plat de linguine aux palourdes. Cépage méconnu, le romorantin mérite d'être découvert! -

April 15, 2016 - Ouch. C'est un vin extrêmement acide. Je suis pourtant habitué aux chenins tranchants, mais ce romorantin dépasse ma limite. Après aération les arômes et saveurs arrivent à dépasser l'acidité, on sent un beau potentiel. Minéral, citronné. Peut-être qu'il faut l'attendre un ou deux ans. Encore ? Un verre à l'occasion mais en attendant, un zantac.
