  January 21, 2022 - By the bottle at Noreetuh in NYC. Nose is classic old Cabernet; grape leaf, chocolate cherries, dusty leather. Palate is a bit thinner than I expected from the ripe fruity nose, but it’s still delicious. Lots of acidity, strawberry notes, green leafiness, slight mushroom on the long leathery finish. So delicious. Money with a dry-aged porterhouse.

  The acidity is quite pronounced and the fruit is starting to dry up. It could be the closure, so I will wait for the next bottle

  February 26, 2016 - Proof of a well made wine, properly cellared. Lovely red fruit that still has vibrancy, acid and nicely mellowed tannins. Very tasty.

  February 27, 2014 - From a different batch than the last bottle.
  
  Nose has very pure creme de cassis aromas, Bavarian cream, rosemary, toast. Palate has cranberry and currants. Gentle but persistent finish. Nice and concentrated...perhaps less evolved than previous bottles. Classic Cali cab.

  December 31, 2013 - Very nice nose with cigar smoke, barnyard, toast, vanilla and currant jam. Balanced on the palate if a bit nervous and grippy. Complexity is the highlight.
