Community Tasting Notes 5

July 29, 2021 - Quick taste. From an impeccable cellar. Color is brownish for sure. Past its prime, but some interesting flavors. A bit sweet with some leather and a touch of licorice. Some savory notes. Finish is a bit short, but it is an old wine. Not flawed – just old. Not rated.

August 8, 2014 - more than drinkable... Definitely past its prime, but still more than respectable!

October 30, 2012 - Just a shadow of its former self. Not drinkable.

February 3, 2006 - Typical Roch nose of red cherry, earth, smoke and toast. A spicey number with good integration and balance. THis can drink until 2008.
