  August 18, 2016 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2016-?; Oaked Chardonnay (@ WW): My last bottle and what a great surprise! Extremely luxurious and beautiful bouquet with still some yellow fruits, smoke, herbs, honey and luxurious oak. On the palate yellow and white tropical fruits, smoke and vanilla. Still alive and kicking and a real treat! No hurry at all!

  December 14, 2014 - Deep gold color and good clarity. The aromas are nutty, ginger, honey, hints of dill, and lime rind. The tastes are dill, Indian spices, citrus zest, buttery notes, tart apple, and some salinity.

  August 21, 2014 - White Burgundy, C9duP and Priorat (@ PC): Vanilla and yellow fruits like pineapple in the bouquet. Same on the palate. Caramel and some nuts as well. Opinions differed; some loved it; others were less impressed. I think it is a mouth full, but lacking some elegance at this moment. Was more harmonious a few years ago.

  January 23, 2012 - Great acid, lemon lime, a little baked apple. Tart and crisp finish. Can easily last another 4-6 years.
