April 17, 2024 - Excellent! Great fruit still, long finish. Upon opening was getting more blue fruit but strangely more red fruit after 60 min open. No sign of fading would say easily another 3-5 years.

January 28, 2024 - Nicely balanced, medium bodied Washington Cabernet. Predominantly red fruit with some green pepper and leather. Tannins are nicely integrated and this is in a mature cycle.

January 27, 2024 - Just beautiful. Velvety and elegant with deep underlying complexity. Glad to have 3 more bottles in the cellar. Purchased these for a very good price in 2017 and they have been resting there just waiting to be sampled since.

December 18, 2022 - PnP: ruby, earthy loam, blackberry, chocolate, medium-bodied, smooth, spicy finish; lovely right now, excellent with salmon and Perini steak

February 10, 2022 - Popped and poured. The 2012 Two Blondes pours a deep ruby with an an opaque core and fine sediment which clings to the glass. On the nose the wine is full of tobacco, pencil shavings, cassis, purple flowers, and baking spices. On the palate, I’m getting plums, black cherry, cassis, tobacco, and again, more baking spice. The finish is long and satisfying; dry with medium tannins and medium+ acid. Air helped and I suspect a 30-60 minute decant would be ideal. A lovely wine.
