December 1, 2017 - Inviting nose of butterscotch and lime-blossom, yet phenolic and chalky on the palate with icy beams of lemon and wisps of herbs, straw, and graham cracker. This Chardonnay is as chewy as any you'll find in CA -- due to skin tannin? Echoes of reduction, even? Amazing QPR at $30 and will continue to improve for several years. A treat already but best to hold. 92+
