August 16, 2016 - Need to decant 1 1/2 hours to calm down the acids. I'm not that familiar w/PR CS's, so don't have much to benchmark it against. This was pleasant, the body was medium minus, so not too complex. On the palate, it wasn't too deep, nuanced or complex. We grilled some filets and it was better with food. Kind of simple, reminded me of an Umpqua Valley CS, but this is less appealing. Unattractive QPR, would be fair at $20.

March 12, 2016 - Opened up nicely after 30 minutes. Not very complex but very enjoyable.
