May 8, 2022 - Shared with pat. I continue to prune the cellar with past due drinkby dates.. in this case,, Tanzer was on the mark regarding longevity.. Paired with left over beef from boca bacchanal dinner. Despite having been stored in varying temperatures, the wine was in sound condition. Fully mature and perfectly balanced. If I were to taste blind, I might not recognize it as maybe due to lack of grip. Enjoyable none the less. Glad to have Tasted at peak of development.
