January 18, 2011 - Berries, surprising pepper on the nose. Drinking it just in time. Still good, but I think it's as much at its peak as it's going to be. Good but I feel it's just starting to slide. Nice wine to drink while working at the computer.

December 3, 2009 - Really big, fruit forward Cab blend from Paso. You might even call it meaty. Has plenty of acid and still boasts some significant tannins. The grilled steak and sauteed mushrooms proved to be a good match. Pretty typical of the Paso Robles district. Not overly complicated, but a straightforward drink that compliments the meal. Chocolate was a neutral food for this wine.
