  February 28, 2021 - Pale to medium ruby in colour with a definite garnet hue.
  The aroma is dominated by an earthy minerality & subdued red fruit.
  On the palate, medium bodied red fruit, bright, tart red cherry, cranberry with a noticeable floral character.
  There is high, vibrant acidity, medium soft tannins & a long finish to a chalky minerality.
  Considering this wine is 10 years old, it still retains a young, fresh character.

  March 31, 2020 - Medium ruby red. Nose is not particularly expressive, but emits some black cherry and tobacco notes. Cherry flavors in soft, approachable style. Low impact on attack, but builds mid through finish. Moderate acidity the finish.
