  July 2, 2022 - Very good showing for this quinta Port.
  Youthful, bright with plenty of life left in it.
  Good, not great complexity and richness; more of a restrained elegant style.

  June 16, 2018 - Nose is very earthy but still a bit hot. Palate is thin and racy but in a good way with raisins and figs . The alcohol is still dominating the finish though and there is a ton of sediment thrown off by this wine. It’s very drinkable and very enjoyable, if not life-changing. At this point though I’m not sure if it’s going to get better.

  April 25, 2018 - medium color, showing no excessive age and suggesting that it should still develop over the next 3-5 years.
  The nose is still very much on the fruity side, suggesting Christmas cake with baking spices. Slightly lacking in complexity, perhaps revealing the limitations of quinta releases in lesser vintages. Almost by default, the alcohol becomes more present.
  The palate is more harmonious with pleasant spicy notes, but the alcohol still dominates. enough youthful character to still believe it will improve. i might wait 3-5 years for next bottle
