Community Tasting Notes 1

September 15, 2014 - Standard textbook low-priced Bordeaux. Nose is quite fruity with lots of blackcurrants, green notes, woody ceder, and some vanilla and buttery notes. There is a nice slight flowery component as well. Medium- acidity, lots of fruit, slight bitterness, some oaky tannins and a decent length and intensity. A good effort and worked well with the cheese.
