Community Tasting Notes 2

July 4, 2022 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color is light garnet with slightly bricking edges. Nose hints at cherry and red currants some iron and earth. Swishing shows fairly staunch tannin and almost prickly acidity. Med long finish goes a little stemmy at the end. Sipping shows this to be much more enjoyable And after transit thru Vinturi and back into bottle this picks up some weight, suggesting that either air or time is needed. Definitely worth $25, a little tough at $50
