September 20, 2014 - WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: clear, medium lemon, watery rim
Nose: clean, medium intensity, tinned peach, over-ripe melon, tinned pineapple, floral notes; youthfull
Palate: sweet, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium(+) body, medium intensity, ripe grapefruit, over-ripe peach, tinned pineapple, confected fruits, medium finish
Overall: Lacks some complexity and depth/intensity of flavour. Good balance and clarity of fruit.
Conclusion: GOOD – HIGH-priced (£16.89); drink now; not suitable for ageing or further ageing
