Community Tasting Notes 3

April 13, 2017 - Near opaque with an inch pour, showing its age only in an outer ring with a clear and ruby band. Enticing nose of cedar, violets, plum and black cherry. The sip adds bright acidity and an integrated undertow of tannin. The swallow is long and delicious. Enjoyable anytime from now to 5 years later.

December 11, 2015 - Dark, rounded, fruity, and silky. A bright black cherry color and taste, with no astringency. At 8 years old, eminently drinkable.

    May 24, 2015 - Looks corked.
