May 5, 2016 - From memory. A quick tasting at Princeton Corkscrew. Floral. Tasty. $35 / bottle. Probably better if I drank a bottle at home. Date is estimated

Clear, star bright, green/straw, medium concentration, no rim variation, no evidence of gas/sediment. Medium viscosity. No flaws. Moderate intensity on the nose. Youthful. Moderate acidity, moderate alcohol. No evidence of wood.

Green Apple, pear, herb, wet slate. Honeysuckle. Tarragon. There is just so much going on here. Loads of complexity. I am in love with this wine. Medium+ finish.
