July 14, 2016 - Made the mistake of popping and pouring without reading CT first. Was treated to an acetone nose and similar taste. Nothing memorable at all. Will decant for at least an hour for my final three bottles

December 15, 2015 - Decanted 2 hours. A very well-made Cab. Medium bodied, with great black cherry fruit, nice acidity, chewy tannins, and a lovely dark mocha finish. Drank well with air, but could probably use some more cellar time if you want to pop & pour. Drink now with decant, but ideally cellar for another year or two. Then enjoy through 2020+.
