October 15, 2021 - Made a stew of leftover ratatouille and some sausage. Wanted a developed wine that would pair this was excellent. Supple Grenache notes still some tannin in the exit and the burnt spice of Syrah. The linger invites a second sip.

December 4, 2014 - Juicy with tons of spice and mint notes in the nose. Good color and very balanced in the mouth with good tannin structure and full body. Nice complex finish.
