  June 26, 2016 - A nice example of the classic Tuscan mainstay. Went very well with antipasto, good flavor and a good value.

  August 8, 2015 - A lovely aperitif and a bit different to what I would usually serve. Pronounced green apple and elderflower nose. At times the green apple wafts toward the confected and then there are hints of perry and quince. Palate is medium bodied, every so slightly chewy, and also has green apple and floral qualities. There is a nice bitter almond finish and enough acidity on the middle palate to make this refreshing.

  Acidité moyenne moins, alcool moyen plus, corps moyen plus. Intensité remarquable comme au nez, toujours sur l'abricot, les fleurs jaunes et blanches, finale de longueur moyenne plus. A besoin d'un plat assez présent pour bien passer.

  March 26, 2015 - Eh, not a fan. Took home a bottle as a sample and I find it has an Arneis-like salty attack, some allusions to apple on the nose, but the finish is a little hot and marshmallow to me, just a bit creepy. This didn't play well at all with a tuna fish salad.

  January 20, 2015 - Lemon, apple, flowers and some hints of nuts. Fresh with supporting acid and tad bitter finish. Detailed and nuanced. Youthful.
