Community Tasting Notes 1

January 31, 2020 - Drank this at home for the annual dinner on the 7th day of the Lunar New Year Celebration.

Dark purple in colour with notes of cherries, strawberries and mist. Lots of sunshine happiness in this wine coupled with faint hints of red fruits bundled with energy and bursts of plums and berries. A complex wine, with well integrated elements and layers of flavours delivering pleasure and surprises along the way.

Could have waited another 5 years to open but why wait? Simply wonderful at its current stage!
