  November 1, 2017 - Yikes, 15% alcohol. Not much to get excited about, would not buy again. Competent wine but overpriced. Can do much better with other wines at this price or less in this vintage.

  P: Med, poss MF, body; Fairly nice frt met by some astringent pucker which pretty much extends through the LONG, spicy/tangy, very, VERY slightly astringent finish. A relatively lean style which may NEED another 18 mos or so to show potentially rare elegance @ this vendor's "special" $14.95 which is < 2/3 the price of the next lowest on wine-searcher! 92 pts WA, 90 ea Vinous, WS, & WE; Silver @ -16 S.F.
