December 3, 2018 - No notes taken. Gorgeous wine. Aromas of cedar, cigar box, undergrowth, spices...vanilla, celery salt. Concentrated...still firm and full...a few years left but very nice right now. Long finish. Absolutely fantastic with the food. Never disappointed with an aged Pirorat! Garnacha & Carinena.
