September 24, 2017 - Dark plum color. Aromas of Dark Fruit - Black current, black berry, spice - cinnamon, cloves and black pepper and medium intensity, a little hot. Taste - Black current, black berry, spice - cinnamon, cloves and black pepper, leather and a little earth. Balanced. Medium finish with the fruit balancing the pleasant acids. Solid wine with pork tenderloin and roasted butternut squash
