October 16, 2021 - Another winner. Decanted for about 45 minutes. Cassis, plum, pepper, tobacco. Delicious! Had it (again) with London Broil with sauteed mushrooms; great pairing.

July 17, 2021 - Decanted for about 90 minutes. Delicious, chewy, great flavors! Went perfectly with BBQ London Broil.
