  March 27, 2021 - One of the best Condrieu I had the pleasure to drink. Unlike many others, this bottle doesn't show the usual creaminess, lactic texture of Condrieu. Much more refined and elegant with a nice acidity for the appelation. Lemon/lime with apricot and flowers. Mineral. Great wine.

  March 18, 2021 - Once again, courtesy of PB, this was not just still going strong, but really showing off. Layer upon layer of minerals, some confit, citrus, smoke, really well build wine, we finished the bottle, that kept getting better. Amazing.

  March 13, 2019 - Tasted over two days - and still going string; a lot of young tropical fruit in the foreground, minerals acidity here as well, creamy structure. No signs of fatigue, yet seems fully mature. Grand Vin in da house, thank you PB.

Displays Grand-Cru-Chablis minerality but with more exotic fruit, notes of bees wax as well. I don’t have the impression that this is on the down hill at all. Every single bottle I’ve had of this wine has been amazing.

  December 14, 2017 - Made to look young by the 1991 Rostaing La Bonnette alongside it! Slightly lighter than that wine, with a more citrus fruit profile overall, and showing attractive pollen elements; starting to mellow nicely with age. V good. ****-****1/2
