July 3, 2021 - - Nose: medium + intense, youthful and complex nose of apple, fresh peach, some quince and a little herbaceous (which always reminds me strongly of Grünhaus) with lots of slate weathering. First signs of Riesling maturity.
- Palate: Dry to semi-dry (very little residual sweetness), still present acidity that beautifully encourages further drinking. Mainly slate and herbaceous, grass. There is less fruit to be discerned than on the nose. Enough pressure and medium + long lasting.
