April 17, 2016 - From magnum. Cherry and wood inflected nose. Soft black cherry, tobacco, dirt, acid on the palate. Great length, balance, and concentration. Relatively soft and refined with a nice lick of acid on the back end. Mature but I'm sure will hold for a while in this format.

May 6, 2015 - Light color, but firm in structure - classic stuff. Notes of licorice, tobacco, tar, red berries. Mature, but far from declining. (with ASH & HSA celebrating).
