December 19, 2014 - Very smooth, slightly sweet notes from opening but very mature

January 10, 2010 - ***.5 Light ruby with garnet rim. Very nice meaty nose with balck fruits. Medium light body and medium low acidicty with a sweet core fruits, well balanced. Medium finish. Enjoyable but drink up.

December 6, 2009 - Had that elusive burgundy aroma of fruit, earth and a bit of farmyard. Didn't make any other notes but enjoyed it very much. On a Pinot Noir roll at the moment between this, Cathiard's 02 Vosne and today's ABC!

December 14, 2004 - Second time I've drunk this wine.. a much earthier example, still with cranberry infused fruit but masked more by earth. About the same rating, still a nice, graceful and ready to drink Burg for a good price.

July 3, 2004 - Medium ruby red, slightly paling at the edge. Medium intensity, simple but fresh cherry, rasberry aromas with a touch of leather. Fresh and brightly fruity on the palate-- rasberry, cherry, cassis, Medium bodied, fresh and beautifully balance. Long rasberry/cassis finish, with a slight tang and freshness that gives it great length. A fine, balanced red burg that goes well with food and is delicious to drink.
