October 14, 2023 - Au nez : fruits confits...prune et cerise, parfumé...soupçon florale, épices (bois), sel de céleri, et sucre d'orge. Souple, mûr, rond, sapide, harmonieux et charmeur. Longue finale sur le fruit ainsi que des notes de poivre. Délicieux et prêt à boire...ma dernière 2012...triste !

October 8, 2023 - Burly, patisseresque and roncesque with a hint of humidor and tons of fresh berries. Just starting to mature, this early stage assessment has me anticipating the next bottle a few years from now.

September 4, 2023 - Blackberry, plum. Slightly syrupy despite a quite restrained 13.5% alcohol. Powdery tannins coat the cheeks. Above average but not really great.

August 25, 2023 - youthful purple/red. Vanilla, anise, blackcurrant nose. Smooth palate with wine gum, blackcurrant, dusty oak tannins. Still a baby.
