Fugu Me Likes this wine:
June 12, 2022 - Opened one hour prior to serving , consumed over two nights. A bit tannic and overall tight on night one, but still good with Santa Maria spiced flank steak and roasted veggies. Opened up nicely overnight, turning into velvety smooth fruit, pairing well with charcuterie.
