March 20, 2016 - Yellow color with a very neutral bouquet and flavor. I am hard pressed to identify anything in particular. This is from a relatively cold climate and without any yield controls, so it may not be the best un-oaked Chardonnay, but it does give you an idea about how limited Chardonnay is without oak.

November 2, 2015 - Light yellow color; vanilla, poached pear, apple gelee nose; pear, apple gelee, light vanilla palate with some balancing acidity; medium finish (13.9% alcohol)

September 22, 2015 - Very crisp, unassuming Chardonnay. May have benefited in my judgment due to the company in which I drank it. Pale yellow-green in color, citrus dominated nose, and more citrus on the palate. Not usually a fan of unoaked Chardonnay, but this was quite pleasing. A bit on the light side, but good balance, adequate fruit, and enough acidity to ensure a delightful finish. A good choice for those looking for a California Chardonnay that won't break the bank, but will engender some comment amongst wine-loving friends. Very good value in the $12 range. Serious wine worth a try.

June 24, 2015 - Notes of vanilla on the nose and a slightly creamy texture even though it's unoaked, but no buttery character at all - crisp and delicious.
