June 24, 2016 - Only white in the lineup. Was close to room temp.
This is a densely packed white wine. Full bodied. Had some barnyard qualities. Julien noted that he liked to serve it close to room temp to show off its depth. This had huge aromatics. Was very fresh for a 4 year old white. Cool stuff. Steep price tag.
