November 28, 2017 - I can understand the appeal of a big buttery fruit forward Chardonnay, though this is not the style I enjoy. I also appreciate residual sugar in some varietals where there is the acidity to support it. I cannot understand a Chardonnay in this style with residual sugar. Candied pineapple and funeral flowers explode with Carmen Miranda's fruit basket and leave a hot cloying finish. A shame since the wines I had at Moshin were on the whole quite good.
