January 16, 2020 - Juice seemed flat and not at all how I recalled it to be. Could be the bottle, or perhaps simply the wine itself. Feedback from the table seemed to concur. Tannins are still present, simply lacked flavor and for a Malbec without any fruit flavor, simply disappointing.

December 18, 2019 - Decanted and swirled, however, this wine needs an hour to fully open. Wonderful Malbec which is hard to find. Great fruit and good tannic structure.

September 10, 2019 - A nice well balanced Malbec, drinking very nicely right now, Enjoy!

June 25, 2019 - Popped, poured 2 glasses to breathe. Amazing vigorous bouquet -- you can smell cherry and floral notes 3 feet from the glass. Primary morello cherry flavor on the palate at first, that mellowed with air, with a touch of spice after 45 minutes or so. Enjoyable wine, yet it's obviously not integrated yet. Too bad that was my only bottle; I would love to see where this ends up in 5-10 years. Drink now if you like fruit-forward, hold otherwise.

August 25, 2018 - Surprisingly good. Dark and brooding with zippy tannins and a prominent dark cherry element. This is a full bodied and tannic monster yet not over extracted or off putting in any way. Seems to have years of life expectancy.
