March 15, 2021 - Quite tasty, ripe fleshy fruit with nice acid cut to keep vibrant. Yellow and green citrus fruit with both a pithy lemon rind bitterness adds a nice element.

April 25, 2020 - Popped for Zoom virtual tasting session with international Burgundy Lovers. Drank over few hours. Wax-top. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of honeyed yellow flowers, wet saline stones minerals, ripe citrus lemon, cream and oil. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey oil, sweet cream, ripe citrus lemon, white and yellow peach, salty wet saline stones minerality. Rounded long finish.
Very good quality. Very direct expressive attack. Deliciously flavourful. In nice drinking window already. Still can develop also.

January 5, 2017 - A Potpourri of Great Wines at Alma (Restaurant Alma, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 40 minutes. This had some laser beam acidity and tightly wound citrus, lemon, lemon zest, mineral palate, zingy, oak, youthful, but bright. This has a nice future.
