September 10, 2018 - Nose: pepper, dark berries, smoke, salty liquorice, liqurice, plum, vanilla
Taste: Salty liquorice, plum, dark cherry, smoke, oak, violet, over ripe strawberry, lot of sweet flavor of ripe berries.
Acidity still medium, tannins medium -
Excellent wine, open atleast two hours before drinking. Needs air to open.
Can still survive really well 5-10 years, if corck is good, thanks to good acidity. -

October 7, 2015 - Medium nose, earthy, mineral... Bit of leather... Iron... Surprisingly lasting finish. I think this will do well with some more time...
